Scope of Work University of Kentucky Project Title: Technical Assistance for HIV/AIDS Surveillance in Haiti Principle Investigator: Chris Delcher, PhD Project Period: 03/01/2022 to 09/30/2022 Description: The University of Kentucky performs technical assistance for the Haitian Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP). Dr. Chris Delcher, Director of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Outcomes & Policy (IPOP), leads project analyses to evaluate Haiti’s national surveillance system of HIV/AIDS called the Haitian Active Longitudinal Tracking of HIV System, with the French acronym of SALVH (Suivi Actif Longitudinal du VIH en Haïti).
