Technical Assistance to Department of Vocational Rehabilitation

Contract between the Kentucky Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and University of Kentucky Research Foundation for the Interdisciplinary Human Development Institute -University Affiliated Program, University of Kentucky; hereafter known as the Provider, to perform a Statewide Consumer Satisfaction Survey; assist the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation with development and delivery of multimedia training; provide rehabilitation engineering services for Department customers; promote the Statewide Council for Vocational Rehabilitation public awareness and advocacy initiatives; provide for the preparation and training of interns from culturally diverse backgrounds; provide consultation, technical assistance and training to management, counseling and other professional staff on person-centered planning and supported self-employment; provide organization support for the MSD Job Placement Project designed to lower the cost of specialized job placement services for individuals with the most significant disabilities; This is the Master Agreement.
