Description

This proposal is to support the Texas, Department of Family Protective Services (DFPS) in its ongoing implementation of the Texas Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (Texas CANS 2.0) and Adult Needs and Strengths Assessment (ANSA 2.0) as assessment and referral/triage tools in its trauma informed, evidence-based child welfare services. The following steps are proposed in the use of the Transformational Collaborative Outcomes Management (TCOM) framework for this process. 1.Texas CANS 2.0/ANSA 2.0 Implementation Support.•Michael Cull, PhD will provide technical assistance and consultation to the Texas DFPS Steering Committee on the ongoing implementation of the Texas CANS 2.0 and ANSA 2.0. •TBH faculty will provide technical assistance and consultation to the Texas DFPS Data Committee on the ongoing implementation of the Texas CANS 2.0 and ANSA 2.0. •A TBH LCSW will provide Texas CANS 2.0 and ANSA 2.0 coaching to users, implementation support, and project management. 2.Texas CANS 2.0/ANSA 2.0 Precision Analytics, Feedback and Support.A faculty member and the TCOM Precision Analytics team will provide CANS and ANSA report development and consultation. 3.Texas CANS 2.0/ANSA 2.0 User Coaching and Support. •The LCSW will provide 1-hour webinars to Texas CANS 2.0/ANSA 2.0 SuperUsers (up to 4 webinars). 4.eCANS Training & Support•Staff Training•Helpdesk support 5.TCOMTraining.com Access & Helpdesk Support 6.eCANS Data Entry Portal – Quadrangle Services, Inc.•Entry Portal annual subscription•Report Suite annual subscription 7.eCANS Monthly Hosting – Armor Defense, Inc.
