The goal of this contract is to allocate summer research support at the University of Kentucky to support project aim #2 (Quantify the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes associated with community water systems susceptible to shale gas waste) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Director’s Early Independence Award (DP5) at the University of Rochester (PI: Dr. Elaine Hill). The work objectives involve data collection and construction efforts, as well as estimating models using the data with econometric analysis.
