Description
The bridge funds will be used to complete the following tasks which were within the overall scope of work proposed in the competitive renewal application: 1) complete analysis of postnatal OIRKO mice to demonstrate the percentage of insulin receptor knockdown; 2) phenotype the MAPK+ mouse; 3) explore molecular signaling pathways in FOXO 1,3,4, knockdown osteoblasts.
