U01DK108327 (MPI: Hart/Conwell) The Ohio State University Chronic Pancreatitis Diabetes Pancreas Cancer (CPDPC) Clinical Center Current period end date: 06/30/2022; Award end date: 06/30/2025 Scope Of Work for Subaward to Dr. Conwell, Univ of Kentucky Drs. Phil Hart and Darwin Conwell will continue to serve as MPIs. Dr. Darwin Conwell, through Subaward to University of Kentucky, will assist Dr. Hart in the administration and management of The Ohio State University Clinical Center. As MPI, Dr. Conwell will also represent the OSU CC at NIH consortia meetings and teleconference calls. He will also continue in his roles as co-chair of the Adult Chronic Pancreatitis Working Group and Biospecimen Committee as well as a representative to the Ancillary Studies Committee. Representation includes participation in monthly group calls for these teams, as well as the weekly leadership, data quality, and data analytical conference calls as co-chair of the PROCEED study. Dr. Conwell will remain a contributing author for future manuscripts involving study participants (and related biosamples) enrolled into PROCEED at OSU Clinical Center, including reviewing and approving of final versions of manuscripts. He and Dr. Hart will continue to have weekly meetings via teleconference to discuss and refine study aims, study progress, data analytical plans, and future project development.
