Toward Clear and Consistent Textual Requirements: An Application of Natural Language Processing Techniques

Requirements are the backbone of the software development process and are often flawed. It is common for requirements to be inconsistent, externally or internally. There is a lack of non-manual techniques for identifying such inconsistency, particularly in natural language text requirements. We propose to work toward addressing this shortcoming for temporal requirements.
