Toward Early Diagnosis of Long QT Syndrome Using Machine Learning and Molecular Dynamics Simulation of KCNH2

Grants and Contracts Details

Description

Our laboratory has the necessary resources for performing all of the functional experiments outlined in the project. We have many years of expertise in performing the necessary biochemical (Western blot, biotinylation, and imaging), some of the computational, and all of the electrophysiological experiments (mutagenesis, tissue culture/heterologous expression, voltageclamp). We will also work with Dr. Kekenes-Huskey to write and present the results of the project, and I will help oversee the administrative aspects and scientific direction of the project.
