By funding this request, the state will improve the completeness of injury
surveillance data by demonstrating a measured increase in the number of
trauma patients' information is accessible to users statewide, where the
baseline level is some 5,000 patients annually and goal levels are 6,000 at the
end of 2011 and 8,000 at the end of 2012
