Training Into Practice Project (TIPP)

The University of Kentucky Human Development Institute Training Into Practice Project (TIPP) will review all Early Childhood Trainers' credential applications and make recommendations to the Cabinet, and coordinate the Infant Toddler Institute and Trainer's Institute. UK-HDI will coordinate scheduling and development of Beyond Fundamentals modules, coordinate Early Care Orientation On-Line (E-COOL) for licensed and registered providers, conduct training-of-trainers on Kentucky's Early Childhood Continuous Assessment Guide, and facilitate Fundamentals of Effective Training Seminars.
