Description

The University of Kentucky Human Development Institute Training Into Practice Project (TIPP) will review all Early Childhood Trainers' credential applications and make recommendations to the Cabinet, and coordinate the Infant Toddler Institute and Trainer's Institute. UK-HDI will conduct topical webinars for trainers, coordinate scheduling and development of Beyond Fundamentals modules, coordinate Early Care Orientation On-Line (E-COOL) for licensed and registered providers, conduct training-of-trainers on Kentucky's Early Childhood Continuous Assessment Guide, and facilitate Fundamentals of Effective Training Seminars. TIPP also will assist in developing a quality assurance document for trainers and will research and recommend guidelines for issuing training hours related to technical assistance.
