UK-CAER Support for Morehead Innovation Center

The following are a few of the specific goals of the Innovation Centers that would be impacted by such a relationship with CAER. MSU foresees this relationship better allowing it to complete these goals: • Assist technology and innovation based clients create, maintain and expand their businesses. • Assist clients identify funding sources for their businesses. • Introduce clients seeking capital to investors. • Develop Angel (financing) groups for potential investors in client companies. • Market programs and services to technology and innovation based entrepreneurs and companies. • Build support coalitions with local economic development resources. • Refer service providers to clients that can assist in their commercialization efforts. • Build the service provider network.
