Description
In July 2017, the Department of Income Support requested that CBER revisit the funding model. The
department specified two goals for this study. The first goal is to develop a model that equitably
distributes a base level of funding to county attorneys in a way that is easily understood. The second
goal is to develop a performance based funding model that would provide county attorneys with an
incentive to meet certain performance measures.
