Description
The Kentucky DeafBlind Project (KDBP) is a technical assistance project that aims to improve outcomes for children and youth who are deafblind. The KDBP does not provide direct service, but instead supports existing frameworks already in place. The KDBP continues to provide training throughout the state to our LEA’s, State Special Education Cooperatives, State School for the Deaf, State School for the Blind, Early Childhood Initiatives, adult services, and our State Teaching Programs housed at University of Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky University.
