UK First Steps Evaluation Coordinator

The First Steps Program evaluates children for eligibility into the Part C Program. These evaluations must be completed by qualified personnel meeting the requirement of 911.KARA 2:150. These evaluators need oversight, training on approriate testing tools, consultation regarding specific children, and specific testing instruments. UK shall provide an Evaluation Coordinator for the First Steps Program This individual will provide training, technical assistance and mentoring to First Steps Primary Level Evaluators regarding the evaluation system and administering evaluation instruments. The Evaluation Coordinator will alwo recruit primary level evaluators, and make recommendations to Central Office ofr enhancements to the First Steps system.
