Description
The University of Kentucky shall provide an epidemiologist which shall be responsible for developing and distributing an integrated epidemiologic profile for Kentucky by June 2011, develop fast sheets on populations disproportionately impacted by HIV, identifying new data sources and designing and developing data collection tools as necessary, preparing epidemiologic data for grant applications for HIV prevention and HIV care services, evaluate the HIV-name based reporting system, provide an estimate of people living with HIV disease that are not receiving care, serve as the advisor and technical assistance provider to the Kentucky HIV/AIS Planning and Advisory Council (KHPAC) and respond to data requests.
