Description
The University of Kentucky (UK) shall perform background research on the Kentucky health insurance market.
UK shall collect valuable information, conduct analysis and market projections to create a dataset that will provide a baseline
of the current insurance market.
At the completion of data collection, University staff will collaborate with CHFS staff to further analyze data and assist with
projecting trends in the insured populations, uninsured populations, market changes and define economic models to project
trends.
Through this contract, UK shall compile a complete data set to use as a baseline in the initial planning phase for a Health
Benefits Exchange.
