The University of Kentucky Research Foundation for the Kentucky Archeological Survey (Second Party) will perform a historical survey at the Kentucky Department of Military Affairs (KYDMA) H.L. Disney Training Site at Artemus in Knox County Kentucky in accordance with the National Historic Preservation Act Section 106. The University of Kentucky Research Foundation for Kentucky Archeological Survey (Second Party) will perform a National Historic Preservation Act , Section 110 historical survey at the the following Kentucky Department of Military Affairs (KDMA) armories: Campbellsville Armory, Glasgow Armory, Monticello Armory, and Bowling Green Armory. The University of Kentucky Research Foundation will perform National Historic Preservation Act , Section 106/110 historical surveys at locations and times to be determined based upon National Environmental Policy Act or Environmental Condition of Property requirements for construction activities. The Kentucky Army National Guard (KYARNG) is required by 36 CFR 800.4 to apply the National Register Criteria of Evaluation to buildings, structures, landscapes, traditional cultural properties, and archeological sites within the Area of Potential Effect (APE) for federal undertakings as defined by 36 CFR 800.16(d) for the purposes of identifying historic properties. within the APE.
