Description
This is a State Master Agreement:
The vendor will provide (1) the services of a Reading First Coach who will provide
consultative services, professional development, and technical assistance to school
districts eligible to receive Reading First federal grants; (2) for a lead professor to
mentor the Reading First Coach in developing their expertise in reading: (3) strengthen
and enhance pre-service courses for students preparing to teach kindergarten through
grade 3.
