    Description

    Abstract Collaborative efforts between the Office of Health Data and Analytics, Kentucky Health Information Exchange (KHIE) and the University of Kentucky Research Foundation (UKRF), Kentucky Regional Extension Center (REC) provide expanded opportunities to effectively serve Kentucky’s healthcare organizations through educational and incentive opportunities. In collaboration with the Department for Medicaid Services (DMS) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Kentucky Health Information Exchange (KHIE) and Kentucky Regional Extension Center are offering Pharmacies, Eligible Providers (EPs), Eligible Hospitals (EHs) and Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) the opportunity to apply for an incentive to offset the vendor fees associated with connecting to KHIE.
