UKRF - ODCP - FindHelp - Find Help Now FY26

Abstract Media partners in the radio and television will air commercials to promote FindHelpNow.org. These airings will occur in areas most impacted by overdose, as determined by publicly available overdose state- wide data stewarded by the Kentucky Injury Prevention and Research Center (KIPRC). There were no promotional or marketing funds included in the overall grant funding FindHelpNow.org (OD2A-KY). Thus, the promotion of FindHelpNow.org relies entirely on word-of-mouth via speaking engagements and website demonstrations. While these occur on a regular basis, it limits awareness of recent updates to the website (such as locators for mental health treatment and a directory of local community resources) to those subject matter experts in the Kentucky recovery space. Commercials and digital advertising allow the public to become aware of these valuable resources and tools. Additionally, tabling materials will also be updated to reflect that FindHelpNow.org is now a one stop shop for locating recovery support services, both for substance use disorder and/or mental health needs.
