Description

This project will use unique data from USDA's National Household Food Acquisition and Purchase Survey (FoodAPS) combined with other currently available data to conduct high priority research on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and household food security. The research will focus on economic analyses of household food behaviors and the SNAP program including the issues of benefit adequacy, diet quality, cost of a healthy diet, and food security.
