Description
The purpose of UNITY is to increase the number of high-quality behavior analysts and special educators
serving students with high-intensity needs in high-needs schools. We intend to train two cohorts for a
total of 16 scholars throughout the duration of the grant. Half of the scholars will work towards a
Master''s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and half will work towards a Master''s degree in
Special Education (SPED). ABA scholars will finish having met all requirements to sit for the Board
Certified Behavior Analyst examination and SPED scholars will finish the program with a Rank II teaching
