Description
Aim 1: develop a new statistical approach to examine the associations between rare variants and an ordinal variable outcome to address
ordinal data structure.
Aim 2: apply this proposed approach for the dataset of the UK ADC neuropathology (NP) linked to the Alzheimer's Disease Sequencing
Project (ADSP) Whole Exome Sequence (WES) and Whole Genome Sequence (WGS) data to identify novel rare variants associated
with LOAD-related pathology and thus provide a new tool for UK ADC data mining.
