The liaison, working through the University of Kentucky, will integrate the Kentucky Agriculture Water Quality Act (KAWQA) and nonpoint source pollution (NPS) information into all aspects of agriculture education and technical assistance programs by assembling and disseminating information on Kentucky agriculture water quality, networking among agencies and partners, and producing educational and informational materials. The lead agency is the UK-CES and the primary partners are the KY Division of Conservation (DOC), KY Division of Water, KY Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and the KY Ag Water Quality Authority.
