Purpose statement To increase the effectiveness of the delivery of First Steps' services to eligible children and their families thourgh consultation, education, training, evaluation, and monitoring, Objectives: To improve services to infants/toddlers and their families thorugh training and techinal assistance; To ensure quality service to infants/toddlers and their families through program review; To ensure that First Steps services are family-centered and family-guided; To ensure that early intervention service providers, families and staff statewide are adequaltely trained to serve infants/toddlers with disabilities and developmental delays and their families; To manage project resources, personnel and activities to accomplish the purpose and objectives of the project
