University of Kentucky First Step Technical Assistance Team

Purpose of this program: The First Step Technical Assistance Team will provide the First Steps Program with technical outreach to the First Steps Points of Entry, Primary Service Coordinators, local service providrs and families residing within their assigned districts for issues regarding early intervention and services for Infants and Toddlers with disabilities and developmental delays and enrolled in the First Steps Program within the Bluegrass Area Development District.
