Support maintenance and updates of the informatics platform and data harmonization schema for the ACT network. The UK EDT i2b2 DataMart includes demographics, diagnoses, procedures, lab results, inpatient medications, visit details, vital signs, death status, and tobacco status for both inpatient and outpatient patient encounters from the UK HealthCare system. Key deliverables for the ACT project include developing an ACT specific data mart, applying required ontologies and terminologies, and providing testing and support to ACT users to assist with feasibility request for potential studies.
