Update of Traffic Forecasting Report - Planning Study No 14

This effort will update the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Division of Planning's Traffic Forecasting Report to include the most recent data available for use with forecasting and modeling of traffic-related parameters. The completed document will serve as a complete reference to data typically used for traffic forecasting and modeling. It will also be presented in an electronic format, with reference and linkage to other data sources.
