Updated County Attorneys' Offices Funding Predictions

As requested by the Department for Income Support within the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, the Center for Business and Economic Research (CBER) at the University of Kentucky proposes to update the funding predictions using the results of our previous study. This study is a follow up to our previous study (completed December, 2010) which originally developed the overall funding formula. The formula has been used during previous budget cycles. Using the previous study for prediction of costs for current years is necessary for allocation of funds. Substantial differences in the services offered by the Jefferson County office have prompted the desire for a more careful analysis of that operation.
