Description
Under this project, CDAR, in consultaiton with Eastern KY Univ and KY Division of Child Care and the CHFS Office of Information Technology will design and develop a web-based data system for teh Division of Child Cared for its STARS rating program for child care centers. The data system will be developed for web-based inputs and outputs using a two server design.
