Virtual Reality Technology to Reduce Pain and Anxiety in Pediatric Care

Grants and Contracts Details

Description

Abstract We request $32,400 from the Dunkin Donuts Joy in Childhood Foundation to purchase four KindVR three-year subscriptions including software, hardware, training, and support services to be used by our pediatric patients up to 18 years of age. Providing virtual reality options for patients helps reduce pain and anxiety, and we believe children from all backgrounds can engage with and benefit from the technology.
