Description
The Kentucky Transportation Center will monitor the pavement condition to ensure performance needs meet established warranty parameters. The Center will also be responsible for the calculation ofthe annual Equivalent Single Axle Loads (EASLs) to determine ifthe contractor will be released from the warranty due to traffic loadings being increased.
