Watershed Education Professional Educators and Youth

The UK is the lead institution for funding the two activities of the project discussed below that are the result of collaborative efforts with the Univ. of TN. The funding is from an existing USDA/CSREES grant to Texas A&M Univ. who in turn subcontracted with Univ. of GA. Funds for this project will come thorugh the University of Georgia. UK is responsible for planning between the collaboratives for a future Watershed Academy from Professional Educators in TN and KY. A Youth Water Camp is a collaborative effort between Univ. of KY and the Univ. of TN to focus on the issues of water quality for 40 5th and 6th grade students
