Waterways Workforce Needs, TA 43

This project is designed to identify the key skill, knowledge, and experience sets needed to best serve the inland waterway system into the future. More specifically, it will a) identify those aspects of the knowledge deficit that can be strategically addressed through an education program managed by the Kentucky Transportation Center; b) analyze the extent to which these needs can be addressed by the University of Kentucky or a consortium of Kentucky universities
