West Nile Surveillance of Horses and Birds

The University of Kentucky Livestock Disease Diagnostic Laboratory will perform necropsies forWest Nile virus surveillance on dead birds and horses and will test for West Nile virus in horses. birds and mosquitoes. Accountability will be through monthly billing up to the maximum allowable and reporting of results to the Project Director. Selection of this contractor Is by sole source solicitation for a period from 7/1/03-{)/30104. Reimbursement will be for services, equipment, and supplies.
