Wheat Field Schools at UK WREC in Princeton, KY

We developed a field school series for wheat in the previous funding cycle. Lessons were learned and moving forward small changes will be made. Overall we plan to offer a training series that involves in? depth agronomic training directed towards crop advisors, managers, consultants, producers and agri? business involved with wheat production. We plan to target key stages for wheat management: pre? planting, green?up, and pre?flower. These are the stages where the most critical production decisions must be made
