Description

UK YPP (Young Parents Program) shall provide services for first time parents to include: prenatal, postpartum, and child development assessments and pediatric services to their infants and report the outcomes of their patients to the Dept for Public Health (DPH), Division of Maternal and Child Health. The Adolescent Risk Reducation Program shall provide a program of early intervention through comprehensive risk assessment, education and management. YPP shall provide family planning services to teens for pregnancy and STD prevention, along with other preventive services, and report the outcomes to the DPH Division of Women's Health.
