Youth Tobacco Survey and Youth Risk Behavior Survey

The UK team will coordinate with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and its contractors to define sampling frame and statewide sample. • The UK team will be responsible for collating survey instruments and supporting materials, as well as, distributing survey packets to area and school staff conducting the survey in the schools. • The UK team will consolidate, check for data quality, and submit data forms to the CDC contractor handling the data entry and analysis of the Youth Tobacco Survey. • The UK Team will provide administration and collection of statewide data in a sample of 180 public middle and high schools.
