Youth Villages

John S. Lyons, PhD (7 calendar months). As the principle investigator, Dr. Lyons and his team will support the Youth Villages’ development and implementation of a communimetric decision support and outcome management tool to serve its young adult service programs. The following steps are proposed in the use of the Transformational Collaborative Outcomes Management (TCOM) framework, tool [i.e., Adult Needs and Strengths Assessment (ANSA)]. These supports include: 1. Technical Assistance and Consultation (Lyons, Cull); 2. Algorithm Development (Lyons, Shimshock); 3. Tool Reference Guide Technical Assistance and Consultation (Lyons, Dicus); 4. In-person Training (Lyons); 5. Validity Assessment (Shimshock, Calamari, Joiner-Hill); 6. Inclusion in the CANS/ANSA/FAST Data Reservoir.
