Abstract
The masses of the mesoniums with the vector-vector Q2Q2 structures in the 0+ and 2+ channels are studied on a 24 × 12 × 12 × 24 lattice at β = 5.9 with three κ(0.152,0.154,0.156) values in the quenched approximation. It is found that there is a bound state in the iso-nonet 0+ channel when the quark mass is lightest (κ = 0.156) and possibly a resonance in the iso-singlet 2+ channel for all three κ values, whereas, in the iso-singlet 0+ and iso-nonet 2+ channels, it appears that the Q2Q2 masses are close to the ππ and ρ{variant}ρ{variant} threshold respectively. Further studies are needed to tell whether there are bound states or resonances in these channels. Comparison with the phenomenology of the mesonium candidates in various experiments will be drawn.
