Abstract

In this paper, described is an improved recursive aggregate T matrix algorithm (RATMA) which allows overlapping subscatterers. This new algorithm can be used to improve the accuracy in calculating the multiple scattering solutions of discrete properties especially when the particles are large compared to wavelength.
