Abstract

This study indicates that many of the stratigraphic variations found along Interstate 64 are related directly to synsedimentary tectonic activity along structures unrecognized by most earlier workers. There is a definite sequence of widespread tabular units deposited in a succession of distinct transgressive and regressive progradational environmental continua.- Keith Clayton
