Abstract

The method, with which single crystal is grown under nonequilibrium by high power cw CO2 laser, is probed. With which, the respectively separated crystals M0O3, Al2O3, Al2O3·3WO3 and Al2O3·4WO3 from (Al2O3-10mol%Cr2O3)-Mo, Al2O3-(50,60,80) mol%WO3 melt are synthesized for the first time. The analysis shows their properties on figure and micro-parameters are congruous with that grown under equilibrium, and the crystals synthesized under nonequilibrium can be new substance, which is difficult to form under equilibrium with the same reactants.
