Abstract

The color-spin structure of the Q2Q»2 states suggests that three classes of the Q2Q»2 states whose decays are dominated by two vector mesons may have sufficiently narrow widths ( 100300 MeV) to be detected. The 00 enhancement in the reaction is explained by the 0++ and 2++ Q2Q»2 states and the suppression of +- is understood as due to cancellation between the isoscalar and the isotensor Q2Q»2 states. The VV, V, and widths of these three classes of the Q2Q»2 states are estimated. The production of these Q2Q»2 states in J radiative decays and hadronic collisions is discussed.
