Abstract
DEUTSCH (1973) presents a compilation of previously published work plus fresh theoretical essays. The theories deal with a wide range of subject matter with a common denominator, namely: how does one understand the conditions in a conflict-resolution situation that leads to the constructive resolution of conflict. The collection presents several theories over seven chapters of the book and gives another five chapters of experimental studies to back up the theories.
