Abstract

If the purpose of single case designs is to evaluate the impact of an independent variable on a behavior of interest, it is critical that single case researchers accurately represent and report data on the behaviors. In this chapter, we first describe graphing conventions in single case research, and then discuss performance characteristics that can be evaluated via these graphic representations.
