Abstract

Inflammatory pseudotumor (IPT) is a rare pulmonary tumor of uncertain etiology that usually presents as an asymptomatic radiographic finding. We describe a ease of pulmonary IPT presenting as dermatomyositis with complete resolution following surgical resection.
