Don Osterbrock and the Seaton-Osterbrock collaboration

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

Mike Seaton and Don Osterbrock collaborated sucessfully on quantitative spectrospcopy for some 30 years, despite not meeting for the first decade. Their largely theoretical (Mike Seaton) and largely obervational (Don Osterbrock) contributions combined to advance the field considerably, but also influenced each other's interests, despite their work resulting in only one joint publication.
