Abstract
Prepping for installation of 48-inch reinforced concrete pipes, a Maryland State Highway Administration inspector uses a mobile device to gain real-time access to an e-ticket database. Such tools improve project effi ciency and reduce the use of paper tickets, as well as the frustration, clutter, and potential errors that come with them.
